Can the consumer return a product in perfect condition?

No, www.danespan.com requests items from its suppliers specifically for the customer, our suppliers do not allow the return of an item if it is not for damage, bumps or wrong references. Therefore, we do not process returns if these conditions are not met.
The buyer will not have the right to cancel the order if it is in transit.

What to do if the product is damaged or there is a distribution error

If you have verified that a product is damaged or the reference does not correspond to what was requested, write to us as soon as possible at crm@danespan.com
To process the incident correctly we need that:
- Indicate the order or identification number on the subject
- Write a brief description of the damage, what it looks like and where it is located.
- Attach several photos showing important data such as:
o Photo of the complete device
o Photo of the sticker where
It is located in the serial number (Where is the serial number?)
o Photos of localized damage
o Photograph of the package stickers

Can I return a damaged or wrong product?

1st. The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase, in accordance with current legislation, within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, taking as the day of delivery the date provided by the carrier on its delivery note.
2º The buyer may carry out the same operations and inspections on the product as in a physical warehouse.
3rd www.danespan.com will reimburse the sums paid through the same payment system that you used at the time of purchase. If the payment was made by bank transfer, please indicate your account number with 24 digits, once the product is received in our stores we will proceed to its verification and general verification, as well as its perfect aesthetic condition.
4º In cases of wear or deterioration of the property for reasons that are not exclusively due to its verification to make a decision on its final purchase, www.danespan.com will agree with the customer the amount to be returned. You must bear the direct cost of the return. You will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods produced by manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. The customer will assume the costs of reconditioning the product if it arrives damaged and / or with the packaging damaged for any reason, the resulting amount will be deducted from the amount corresponding to its return. It is recommended to keep the original packaging.
www.danespan.com will not accept any return postage due.
5º The client must contract the transport company that he considers opportune for the return of the article, in that case we advise him to make the shipment insured for the value of the invoice. The costs of this shipment will be exclusively at your expense. You have 14 calendar days to return the product from the moment you present the withdrawal
6º The buyer is solely responsible for the product while it is in his possession and until it reaches our warehouses, the means to be used being his sole power and criteria. The customer is responsible for the state of the packaging, the product, as well as all the elements that compose it, as well as its aesthetics.
7º The return of the amounts paid will be made within 14 calendar days after the user communicated his intention to withdraw. No expenses will be incurred as a result of the return (except for the return costs). The entire amount paid by the user will be returned, including shipping costs. In case of partial return of an order, that is to say, only of certain articles, the amount of these will be refunded, including taxes, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

The Danespan Quality Kitchens Guarantee is a quick process and seeks to create the least possible inconvenience for the customer during the process.

With global character the warranty period is 2 years from the moment of purchase. For this, it is essential to have the purchase receipt / invoice, which will serve to the user to demonstrate that the product was purchased in our store and the date it was purchased appears on it.
